CALLIGRAPHYBYEDGARC

Family thing

Around the age of 8 or 9, my father and I were at the kitchen table and he took out a pen and paper and wrote the alphabet, pushing the paper to me, saying copy this. After a few weeks I could write exactly as he did.

My father's artistic handwritting was so beautiful that everyone in our family had mailboxes with their name on it.

If my father would have used his artistic talent back then in the early 50's, instead of opening a gas station that eventually failed because he gave away credit to everyone, I would have inherited a growing calligraphy service, but he did not, so I have started my own service. I call it a service because I enjoy creating visual objects for people and getting paid for doing this is a bonus.
