Welcome to Lil' Ink web space Lil' Ink is owned and operated by Elizabeth Sampson. Here is a little bit about the artist and designer Elizabeth Sampson. Lettering has always come naturally to Elizabeth. She is the grand daughter of a professional artist/sign painter. Although Elizabeth never really knew her grand father his talents emerged with in her during her early teen years. One day a friend of the family gave Elizabeth a 24 piece speedball nib, holder and ink set. When Elizabeth picked up the pen the Calligraphy started flowing through her fingertips. Never looking at the letters before nor seeing the print. Finally a speedball book was given to Elizabeth and she was able to generate many of the styles seen. Natural ability and a wonderful gift has been given to Elizabeth to share with the world. She also is a wonderful artist in the polymer clay field.
